This is a blog about life and living.
I believe that life is for living to the very best of our ability, no matter the various challenges we may face.
This blog is real and raw as I pen my thoughts on family, faith, MND / ALS and anything in between.
I hope my Friday ponderings bring you encouragement and hope in whatever your day may bring.

Hi Phi, Neville and I met you at MND Christmas function at Hamilton, and have just discovered your blog. It’s good to hear from people (like Nev’s Cousin Rod Allen) and you as Christians living with MND. It is an encouragement. God Bless you.

So glad for this. I have been going through Stage 4 cancer and came out as a survivor recently. The journey was exceptionally close to God. I learned that He is there every minute, in love. I could not have come through without God’s Love. WHat a gift it was to learn that. You are 100 % correct.

Hey Phil, I had the privilige of hearing you speak at North West Church in Tamworth this July, an event which really made me think. I was mesmerised by your honesty and the clarity of your message, which I believe is at best, rare. I felt like I got a glimpse of what it feels like to have an unshakeable, raw faith, in the presence of an overwhelming giant. The paradox to me is that the thing that should have rendered you incapable is actually the driver for relevance and capability. I’ve been to death and back myself, and the experience has shaped my thinking on what in life is worthy of pursuit – Faith, Hope, Love.
